Neon Starry Jackets Decal

You MUST put your child's first and last name, teacher name, and grade level in the notes section to avoid delivery delay.

Decals are water resistant.  They may be placed on any hard surface.  Please read instructions for placing decal prior to peeling off the back.

Instructions:

1. Clean Hard surface thoroughly.
2. Peel backing off decal.
3. Carefully place decal directly onto hard surface.
4. Ensure there are no air bubbles under the decal.
5. Slowly peel clear top layer off of hard surface ensuring decal is fully adhered to hard surface.
6. Allow 24-48 hours for decal to cure before washing or getting decal wet.
